Friend or enemy

 I have only had friends and those that call themselves my enemies I have probably never really knew. In Animal kingdom we are very open about how we feel , there is no twist or turn , all straightforward. It's in our eyes, attitude, bark. With humans it's different.  You can never be sure and there is no coordination between information conveyed by their eyes or lips. In the human kingdom its all blurry.  Everyone can be your enemy but definitely not everyone will be your friend. And friends of today turn into enemies of tomorrow.  And being a family doesn't insure you against enemies.  So what does really define this fine line between friendship and enemies? Desire, jealousy, power,education? Should we believe into a greater power that will settle balances once and for all? Or should we arm ourselves against distrust and disappointment? I hope those that really shared beautiful moments with me will come to understand,  no matter which side they choose to be , I was always their Friend.
